It is with great anticipation that I look forward to the upcoming year as president of this prominent club.

I joined this organization at the beginning of my career in the transportation industry with hopes of meeting new people and finding business.  It truly has developed into so much more; the club’s success is a direct reflection of its dynamic membership.

Over the past year we have seen great change in the United States and around the world; these changes have had an impact on our club as well.   Our out-going president Marc Tarbay had to face these challenges head-on.  As the Club’s leader he made decisions that impacted membership, the scholarship fund and the club’s overall growth.  As they will not be easy shoes to fill, I can only hope to exceed the expectations set forth by my peers.

Over the last year the Club has hosted many events and fundraisers, from the Children’s Christmas party to golf outings and clambakes; with the culmination aimed at the C.W. Bud Cragin Scholarship fund.  We are honored to have the ability to offer twenty scholarships to both high school and college students as they navigate through a new and ever changing economy.

I look forward to embracing the club’s rich traditions while forging positive change.  It is with great honor that I will serve this distinguished organization as President.
